Well get a bit of a break, but this will enhance really fast by later this afternoon and also tonight. Some extreme lip heavy rain could be in the mix for parts of Mendocino County north. And well get our fair share, as well. You can see how that is being funneled right towards us. So marin county north, i think that will be the bullseye for this system. This is the warm convection coming in advance of it. From san jose, morgan hill, san mar teen, monterey highway, 101, were getting a little bit of a break here. There are a couple of breaks in the clouds. It wont last long. Rapid Development Taking place to the west. This is a system of three. Two to four, maybe four to six up north, gusts 40 to 50 miles per hour. High tide this afternoon, 3 55. The heaviest rain will be this afternoon. I could make it 4 00 to 10 00. That is probably a better representation. Suffice it to say, your ride home will be extremely tough. Lake tahoe, winter storm warning kicks in at noon and goes through noon tomorrow. The snow level has gone up, up, up. It is around lake level. Tonight it will come down. Way down by tomorrow. We have a wind advisory out that starts at 1 00 and takes us until 1 00 tomorrow. Some of the Higher Elevations could have gusts 50 to 60 miles per hour. Tremendous amount of moisture poised to the west here. That has a lot of support

A crane positioned above the burnt out warehouse gives workers an aerial view of the site. Crews have combed through the majority of the building. And everything is saved. They did it in the world trade center. We saved all of the stuff. For a criminal investigation. Whatever investigation. Exactly. Every person who perished in this fire will be found in the building and removed and taken to the Coroners Office, without question. Reporter 36 victims have been found so far. The Coroners Office does not expect to find more. Where the fire happened remains closed to traffic and the general public. A memorial scattered around the perimeter continues to grow. Mentioned. It started in garrapidas state park south of carmel. So far, its Holding Steady at 20 homes destroyed. The heat and humidity are making it difficult to contain the fire. Another challenge is the rough terrain, its very teen and mountainous. Cal fire could not drop any water from the air pause there was low visibility. So it was up to ground crews who were laying hose. They are getting tired. You know, the terrain is steep. They are having to hike a long ways, putting in long hose lays to get in there. That could be miles long. So far, 300 people have been evacuated. They are anxious and they are worried and asked a lot of questions of cal fire. Still more than 1600 homes threatened and more people around the area surrounding carmel could be evacuated. Could be a while before they could get to their home. Its not too bad when you get to the bay bridge toll plaza, you can see the traffic is going to be busy. No major problems but there were some earlier problems coming into city and thats why traffic is so slow. Also, southbound 880 at 92, clearing an accident appro
