The Kentucky High School Athletic Association is facing a possible emergency injunction against their “return to play” policy. Mount Sterling parent Dr. John Kelly Johnson filed for the injunction late last week, saying the KHSAA policy requiring players who test positive to sit out for 22 days is extreme. Johnson says the association should align with the 14-day guidelines set for the SEC regarding a return to play. KHSAA officials haven’t commented on the case. ); } return false; }); $( #comments .commentlist .comment-content a ).attr( target , blank );
