Touker Suleyman s new direction for Finery London

Finery London has a brand new look – and direction – for 2021. Its colourful dresses with puffed sleeves, floral prints and midi hemlines offer consumers a new wardrobe for leaving lockdown – or so owner Touker Suleyman hopes. It has left the premium end of the market, in a bid to go mainstream and attract a new – and wider – customer base. Halving retail prices will certainly help put Finery back into shoppers’ baskets: dresses previously cost up to £159, but the most expensive style will now cost £89. Prices start at £29 for separates such as blouses. The all-new Finery London website went live today, and the label will be available as part of Marks & Spencer’s third-party brand offer from Thursday.

Published on Dec 21, 2020 5:08pm In the latest spat in a drawn-out battle between big tech companies and Canada’s print and digital publishers over who should profit from Canadian news content, MPs have written to federal lawmakers, accusing Google Canada of spreading misinformation about them. “It’s important for us to correct the facts,” News Media Canada CEO John Hind told iPolitics.   News Media Canada is the lobby group representing most of Canada’s print and digital publishers. It wants Ottawa to regulate what it considers big tech’s monopoly of advertising revenue and its ability to profit from Canadian content.
