ASTORIA â Peter Hatch and John Goodell from the Elakha Alliance will present âOregonâs Lost Sea Otters: Restoring a Cultural Heritage and Ecological Keystoneâ for Lewis and Clark National Historical Parkâs monthly âNature Mattersâ lecture series at 7 p.m. Jan. 14.
The pair will discuss the what might be gained from the return of sea otters to Oregon. Additional focuses will include the history of regional sea otters and the possible future of sea otters in Oregon..
