They tell us a Water Main Leak caused a reaction with a High Pressure steampipe. Massive plumes of steam fill the air. They quickly located the Water Main Leak and shut off that water main. Suspect James Patrick dillon is shot by police and in elmhurst hospital in stable condition and not yet been charged in this rampage that killed one man and injured two others. Police say it was a six hour ordeal that ended with shots fired. The suspect James Patrick dillon reportedly off his psychiatric medication.
