Paul John Distilleries has many varieties of single malt whisky available. Single malt whisky is “distilled at a single distillery from water and malted barley without the addition of any other cereals, and by batch pot distillation. By law, a single malt has to be matured for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels.” This is different from a blended whisky that is a mixture of more than one grain from multiple distilleries or a mix of more than one single malt from the same distillery.
