ride down to the fort mchenry. overall, a pretty nice start. about a five-minute ride down to the fort mchenry. a nice ride at the fort mchenry. harbor tunnel checking out fine. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. good morning. another violent weekend in baltimore with more than a dozen people shot. the police commissioner is expected to meet with his commanders about the violence. kim dacey has more. from friday night through sunday night, there were 10 shootings. 13 people were injured, three of them died. all commanders were ordered to come into work. more traffic stops to help stop the violence. that did not seem to work. one of the officers on a foot patrol was involved in the shooting. the suspect drove off. a chase ensued. police say one of the suspects pointed a gun at the officer. all three fled on foot. one of our footmen deployed this weekend saw the suspects running, gave verbal commands to stop. they did not stop. the officer struck the suspect in t
