Been given that he is on probation and given his prior arrest, Santa Clara Police say at 8 45 last night the 24year old was trying to park his car when he crashed into a parked car. He damaged that car as he was opening the door and left. When Police Showed up a few hours later, they suspected he has been drinking. He returned to the scene. He was cooperative and he took a field sobriety test and they arrested him. When he was released from jail this morning, he denied the dui allegation. Simple as this.
