PANAMA CITY BEACH Cheers to 2021, when Andy s Flour Power debuts a new cocktail menu at the beach featuring a new assortment of high-end products. People always come in Flour Power looking for quality, something local, something different, said John Certo II, owner of Andy s Flour Power at 2629 Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach.
The new cocktail menu, which officially debuts Jan. 2 (Andy s is closed on Christmas and New Year s Day), is an homage to the classics, Certo said, the cafe and bakery is staying true to the spirit of the restaurant.
Andy s Flour Power motto is, We don t do fancy, we do fresh. And you can t fake fresh.
