Tonight marks the Education Foundation of Yuma County’s 37th annual Awards Banquet, where the Teacher of the Year and categorical winners will be announced.
Hallie Pelfrey studied at Antelope Union High School. She started working there her senior year and graduated. Fifty years later and she’s still at the school.
