Throwback Thursday: Ambler Grocery
Today s installment of Throwback Thursday takes us to the 400 block of North Main Street on the west side.
Jim Ambler was one of the earliest settlers of Reno County and homesteaded out by Burrton. Jim passed away in 1894, but his son E.J. (John) Ambler, carried on the family s progressive spirit and opened the North End Grocers, also called the Ambler Grocery in September of 1901. He purchased the store from Colin Campbell, who his father worked for as a delivery man.

United States Steel Corporation (NYSE: X) today provided fourth quarter 2020 guidance. Fourth quarter 2020 adjusted EBITDA is expected to be approximately $55 million. The Company expects fourth quarter 2020 adjusted diluted loss per share to be approximately ($0.85).
