That amount totals 18 million in contracts over 13 years, of which i was the subcontractor. The 5 percent goal was not met. Yet and still in your investigation you saw fit to find out that the 800 million a year contractor who had the contract was in fact in compliance and didnt have to pay. The port has asked me, has held back on this evicted me because they say how can, how can they evict me when their landlord, which is the city, owes me money . So thats where im at today.
