After a long weekend away from the diamond, the Gremlins got busy.
In under five innings on Monday, Karns City’s 3-4-5-6 hitters combined to go 9-for-12 with seven RBIs. The Gremlins enjoyed three day.
They weren’t on the field long, but they made their point.
Moniteau and Karns City combined to play seven innings of baseball on Monday at Pullman Park, outscoring their respective opponents by a comb.
Raising money to develop treatments for cystic fibrosis, which claimed the life of his son, "is by far the most important thing that I do," Mr. O'Donnell said. "It is Joey’s legacy."

BOARDMAN Christopher F. O’Donnell, 36, died Saturday afternoon, April 24, 2021, at University Hospitals in Cleveland, in the loving presence of his parents, sister and brother.
He was born March 21, 1985, in Mineola, N.Y., a son of Kevin and Mary Schiffauer O’Donnell, and had lived in this area most of his life.
He was a 2003 graduate of Boardman High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in 2007. For the past five years, he was a banker for Huntington National Bank.
Besides his parents, he leaves his sister, Katie (Nicholas) Muscari; his brother, Kyle (fiancee Mary) O’Donnell; numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as his cherished nephew and niece, Mason and Maddie Lou Muscari.
