EVERYTHING is set for the presentation of Applause: A Musical Tribute to Aliw founder, Alice Reyes at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel on July 31, 2023.The concert, a first in the history of Philippine live entertainment, will bring together the country s top live entertainers, who have been recognized over the years by the Aliw Awards Foundation (Aliw). It will be recalled that Aliw was the first and only award-giving of its kind to give due recognition to Philippine live entertainers, starting in 1977. It has been imitated but never equaled as the only body that awards every aspect of live entertainment.
