Brainerd Lakes Sertoma Club honors Joey Halvorson with their Service to Mankind Award. This award is meant to honor someone in the community who goes above and beyond without expecting anything in return.
The 45th season of the Heartland Symphony Orchestra continues with its spring concert series April 1-3 at Pequot Lakes and Little Falls high schools; and the Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts in Brainerd, respectively, featuring Tristen Heller performing in remembrance of Irma Cragun.
