An entrepreneurial student in Manchester has built a thriving takeaway business from his shared student kitchen.
22-year-old Joey Goodman has been making, selling and delivering boxes of macaroni cheese around his local area with the help of his friends and housemates.
The pots of loaded pasta have been proving so popular during lockdown that Joey is now considering turning his back garden into a pop-up restaurant for summer.
He created his business, Joey Macaroni, while studying for his business management degree at MMU, wanting to offer an affordable comfort food for his fellow students.
