Longtime housing advocate Joey Carrizales has long said debris and housing removals have gone poorly and lacked communication in the past, but he changed his tune for the way things were handled on Wednesday.
A vigil put on by Vallejo Together was held at the steps of Vallejo City Hall to remember and reflect on unsheltered citizens that were lost in the last year.
The notice goes on to say that any personal property left in vehicles will be towed and stored with the vehicles. It also goes on to say that any personal property not disposed of will be stored for 90 days for no charge, but after that time span the items will finally be deemed abandoned and destroyed on May 17. Personal property can be picked up at 2 Florida St.
