At approximately 4:10 p.m. on April 29th, Illinois State Police responded to the scene of a Single Unit ATV Crash with Injury at County Road 2450 N eastbound at County Road 625 E, Burnt Prairie, in White County. Preliminary investigative details indicate 40-year-old Joel R. Rosenbeck of Waverly Hall, GA, was traveling eastbound on County Road 2450 N in rural White County driving a Green 1996 Honda Rancher ATV. Upon approaching the intersection with County Road 625 E, Rosenbeck attempted to make a right-hand turn, overturned and , was thrown from the ATV.
