It was just during the fall of 2019 that we learned that it’s being done as a feature film. Then, ahead of the pandemic, we got the key visual to the right and plans for a 2020 theatrical debut. As last updated, the film was set to make a March 19th, 2021 debut but it was eventually moved to a June 4th, 2021 wide release. Now, the official site has dropped a new trailer to give us a look at the project that is definitely holding onto its date – which is honestly quite a surprise as so many films are being pushed back lately.
