The Farmington headquarters of health insurer ConnectiCare has sold for $13.5 million to a New Jersey investment group.
According to town records, Farmington Realty LLC sold the building at 175 Scott Swamp Road to MSUR Farmington DE LLC, BZT Farmington DE LLC, and 175 Scotts Swamp Holdings DE LLC.
Jason Schneid is the principal for all three companies. He is founder and owner along with Joel Schneid of Capital Investment Group, a privately held real estate investment company based in East Orange, N.J.
Schneid could not be reached for comment.
