BLOOMINGTON - The cutting of the ribbon signifies the start of a new center in Bloomington by the Normal-based nonprofit, The Baby Fold.
The Baby Fold has officially branched out. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Monday to mark the opening of the organization s fifth location in Bloomington-Normal.
