WINCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) â After several days of snow and sleet, roofing companies have been busy doing home inspections.
Joel Mishler a senior sales representative for Franklin Roofing in Clark County says they ve been busy this week visiting homes with water damage from the storm. We ve seen a lot of leaks; we ve seen a lot of water seep through roofs and shingles and start to destroy installation in attics, said Mishler.
Mishler says it s best to keep up your homes before the damage becomes too great and recommends getting a roof inspection every five years; preferably before the weather gets too cold.
