Police: Suspect Held Teen Hostage For 5 Days
CYPRESS, TX A 34-year-old man is in custody after he allegedly drugged and raped a 17-year-old teen for five days.
According to law enforcement, Joel Micah Arnold kidnapped the teen on March 27th. He then locked her in a Cypress storage unit.
The victim told police Arnold locked her in the unity for nearly a week and repeatedly raped her a gunpoint. She was drugged multiple times.
The suspect would eventually let her go.
Arnold was arrested by the Harris County Constable and Texas DPS.
Authorities believe Arnold may be a repeat offender. Anyone with information regarding potential victims is asked to call 832-927-1650.

Authorities arrested a 34-year-old man accused of locking a 17-year-old in a Cypress storage unit for days and sexually assaulting her.
The teen, who was listed as a runaway while she was being held against her will, made the outcry to authorities on April 8, according to the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable s Office.
On March 27, the suspect took the teen victim against her will to a storage facility in the 19100 block of FM 529 in Cypress, according to investigators.
The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Joel Micah Arnold, who reportedly lived near the 17-year-old and knew her.

Investigators say this was a man the family recognized.
34-year-old Joel Micah Arnold was arrested Wednesday, charged with three felonies: aggravated kidnapping, sexual assault and trafficking a child.
Investigators say the disturbing allegations began on March 27 when Arnold kidnapped a 17-year-old girl from his Cypress neighborhood.
