LAOAG CITY - Education stakeholders in the province of Ilocos Norte on Thursday said they are looking forward to having more disciplined and patriotic students once presumptive Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio officially takes over as secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd). Bangui National High School principal Joel Manuel said the incoming DepEd chief "would surely make student discipline, citizenship training, and values formation as centerpieces of Philippine education."
