BUFFALO, N.Y. The old neon tango dancer sign beloved by many Buffalonians could soon return to its original spot on Elmwood Avenue.
The Buffalo Arts Commission is voting on whether to put the sign there Thursday night and the chair of the commission tells us she expects it to pass.
The rundown building on the corner of Elmwood and Bidwell may not appear to have historical significance.

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) â As Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown digs into his official write-in campaign for re-election, Brown has picked up support from some Buffalo Common Council Members.

Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown would not concede the primary race. When Brown announced his write-in campaign on Monday, some lawmakers lined up behind him in support including current Common Council Members Joe Golombek, Christopher Scanlon and Uylsees Wingo.
âI believe that the City of Buffalo needs to see a real campaign from both candidates,â Wingo remarked.
