Sierra and we begin with the weather. A cooler saturday. Lisa yeah, definitely noticed it yesterday. The clouds certainly taking their time clearing and today little change as a system is offshore here and that is ushering a pretty Strong Marine layer, breezy winds and some afternoon sun. So starting out with gray sky all across the bay area right now, current numbers are in the 60s. So kind of muggy out there from the south bay 62 over in oakland, a little cooler in the north bay, but there is mist, there is drizzle. You may need your wipers. And as we look outside the sun, not coming up until 652 and then a mixture of sun and clouds through the noon hour. By the afternoon, its cool again. We will have a few 80s, but more likely below average near 80 in our inland valleys with some low 60s and pretty cloudy skies at our coast. Stephanie. Lisa, thank you. Here at abc7 bay area, we are working to build a better bay area as a part of those efforts. We want to highlight the festivals and

More on that story in just a moment. But first, lisa is here with the weather. Hey, good morning to you. We had our cooldown yesterday. That does continue. So, if you like, that fall feel, i think youre going to like the next couple of days. Certainly the weekend theres a look at live doppler seven where there is a system to the north and west of us and that has set up a stronger onshore flow, a deeper marine layer. So we are cloudy to start out. Temperatures are in the low 60s in oakland and hayward, a little muggy out there. Its certainly not cool. But as we look outside, youll notice that it is dark out there and well see temperatures stay in the 60s through 9 00, noontime. Were in the 70s inland, elsewhere mid 60s to upper 60s. And by the afternoon low to mid 80s for our warmest inland valleys. Its a bit below average and well have those breezy winds as well. So well talk about the second half of the weekend and whether or not this cooling trend stays around for the last week of su
In just a moment. But we begin with the weather and lisas here with a cool down this saturday. Yes, thats right. But, you know, its still going to be pretty nice. Were looking at the low clouds and fog all throughout the bay area due to a system off the coast. We go in closer and the fog has moved inland. And so we all are starting out pretty gray just like this in the city. The Golden Gate Bridge here, 61. It is 63 in oakland, 64 in mountain view, san jose is in the 60s. And view here from emeryville where numbers are in the upper 50s in the north bay fog not much of a problem but we have had a little bit of mist and drizzle and finally in santa cruz we have sun on the way. Its going to be afternoon sun. And so thats going to allow for less heating, a little breezy, good air quality, a few temperatures near 80 inland later on today. But clouds will linger at the shoreline. Stephanie. Lisa, thank you. Well, here at abc7, we are working to build a better bay area as a part of those effo
