(CTN News) - According to SaskPower, Saskatchewan residents can anticipate an increase in their carbon tax bills starting from January 1st.

SaskPower spokesperson Joel Cherry said the reason behind the increase is that the carbon tax applies to all energy consumption, not just home heating.
