View Comments One of Williston s newest neighborhoods is on track to welcome one of Essex Junction s newest restaurants: Railroad & Main. Finney Crossing, just east of Taft Corners, has within the last two years added a Home2Suites by Hilton hotel and a Healthy Living Market & Cafe   among hundreds of recently constructed homes. The new 4,200-square-foot restaurant would sit between the Hilton and a new urban park, according to plans submitted to Williston s Development Review Board by developers Chris Snyder and Scott Reiley. Patio dining, some of it covered, is part of the plan. It s a spot had been proposed for a Folino s Pizza and Fiddlehead Brewery (a pairing that works in Shelburne), but those plans fell through during the early stages of the COVID pandemic last year.
