Burglary: 500 block of E. Fourth St. A flat screen television and an Xbox gaming counsel was taken. Estimated loss is $1,070.
Warrant: Guillermo Garcia, 38, 300 block of W. Pear St. Criminal sexual penetration of a minor and criminal sexual contact of a minor. Also charged with incest out of Luna County Magistrate Court.
Traffic: Emanuel Eric Maynes, 51, 200 block of Tennyson Drive. Unlawful use of a drivers’ license.
Cited: Brianna Sosa, 25, 600 block of E. Olive St. Littering (scattering trash).
Cited: Luz Gomez, 19, 1400 block of E. Birch St. Open container and minor allowing self to be served.
