Another large scrub fire that broke out near Christchurch s Port Hills on Tuesday has been contained. Emergency services were called to the blaze on Galilee Lane in the Clifton area around 11:30am on Tuesday. Sixteen houses around Revelation Drive, Bay View Road and Galilee Lane were evacuated as a precaution.    FENZ says around a dozen fire appliances attended the fire, along with ground crews and four helicopters.
