CDK Global named Eric Guerin to the post of executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Guerin will join the company on Jan. 18, and CDK said that with Guerin’s appointment, Joe Tautges will be able to complete his transition to chief operating officer early next year.
Set to be based in the company’s Hoffman Estates, Ill., office, Guerin will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, growth opportunities, and performance. He will work to see that pursuit of the strategy, opportunities and performance take place efficiently, profitably, and with minimal risks.
