Dangerous situation on the streets of San Francisco. The Surveillance Video youre looking at is how it started. A woman driving a stolen car hitting people, and cars. She left a trail of destruction, five separate crash scenes spanning nine city blocks. Jean elle is in San Francisco for us with more. Jean . The woman drove her car back and forth, flattening street signs on the sidewalk, narrowly missing Police Officers and hitting a man here.
