we will have the response. one of the suspects in the murder of a principal pleaded guilty. almost seven months later, his family [unintelligible] what happened today in court. the young man pleaded guilty in court was 18 years old at the time of the crime and police and prosecutors say he is the one who planned it and he is the trigger man in this horrible murder. according to prosecutors on the night he was murdered in the silver spring home, he made an agreement on a phone sex chat line for late-night visit to his home. he told the young man on the line he would wait for him inside and would not answer the door and leave it on lot. he did not know his guest was planning our robbery and carrying a gun. the 19-year-old pleaded guilty to first-degree felony murder and claimed through his lawyer that the shooting was an accident. my client except his responsibility and is remorseful. neither would comment but their lawyer did take a statement. make a statement.
