Stark Co. Road Department workers receive state recognition
Stark County Road Superintendent Al Heiser commended two employees of the roads department during the County Commission meeting on Dec. 8. The pair were announced as the second place winners of the ‘2020 NDSU Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute’s Innovation Championship’ for their development of a novel culvert rack that saves tax dollars and provides a safer work environment for county road crews.
