A norfolk, nebraska man has been sentenced to almost a year in jail for an illicit relationship with an underage girl. 20year old luces rasmussen pleaded guilty in Madison County District Court to cocoributing to the delinquency a minor. He had been charged with two counts of Sexual Assault of a minor. Investigators say that when he was 19, rasmussen engaged in sexual relations multiple times with the girl, who was 13 at the time.
