Six indicators. One, the ability to expand testing, monitor and possibly isolate anybody that has been exposed or infected. Two, the ability to protect our most vulnerable population such as the elderly and the homeless. Three, that we have hospitals and the Health Care System that can handle surges. Four, that were able to develop therapeutics to meet demand. Five, the ability for businesses, schools and child care facilities to support physical distancing. And six, the ability to determine when to reinstate certain measures, such as the stay at home if necessary. We have state vision, but it will be recognized at the local level.
