A witness to the massive brawl at the Montgomery Riverfront in Alabama reportedly told police she heard white men yelling “f - that n -!” moments they attacked the black co-captain of a riverboat.
Richard Roberts, 48, Allen Todd, 23, and Zachary Shipman, 25, were charged with third-degree assault after they attacked Harriott Co-Captain Damien Pickett and a 16-year-old employee.
Richard Roberts, 48, turned himself into the Selma Police Department before being transferred to Montgomery after he was charged with assault for being involved in the massive brawl that took place on the riverfront.
