sanders than he is towards joe biden. so much so he endorsed bernie sanders and bernie sanders endorsed federerman. you are absolutely right, bret. there is a huge disconnect between the democratic candidates right now and what the voters are saying. for some reason, the democratic candidates believe they can tell the voters what s important to. they voters have a way of telling candidates and parties what s important to them. one thing that really strikes me, these candidates, including john federerman, including tim ryan in ohio, they don t want joe biden campaigning with them. and they are pretty critical of the democratic policies in the case of tim ryan at least, the tactic of spending all this money in republican primaries and one thing i will say is that at this point in 2018 donald trump was under water in his approval in 27 states. joe biden is under water in 44 states. kamala harris numbers are just as bad if not worse. it s remarkable to see a president and vice president
seats they only need four to take the majority. they will take far more than that. done a great job of candidates. in 2020 not a single incumbent lost in the house and is a blue to red flips democrat to republican district flips. 11 of those 15 were carried by women. the other four were carried by veterans or minorities or both. and you see a certain kind of candidate being recruited. so kevin mccarthy will be the next speaker ever he of thes house. nancy pelosi will be done with second speakership. the senate the republican also take narrowly and deprive kamala harris the one thing she does do too much in this city saying something the ty breaking vote in the senate. but, look, nobody is going to have 60 votes in the senate. right. nobody is going to have this governing majority in the house. i think what s going to happen is a lot of these centrist democrats will lose and the democrats will take the wrong mandate for that for 2024. they are going to say joe biden you haven t gone
