“Housing is so scarce and so hard to find right now, and especially in Chatham there is a lack of housing,” general manager Jody Jarrett said. “We’re just here to help out so that people aren’t out on the streets.”
The rooms will run at $1,700 a month for a family or $850 per month for an individual to share a room. Single-day rentals are also available.
