Two prominent foundations announced a donation of $1 million for the construction of teen resource centers for at-risk students in the Davis School District.
This school year, the Davis School District opened five new teen resource centers at Northridge High, Layton High, Woods Cross High, Mountain High and the Renaissance Academy.
Over 1,300 students in the Davis School District, including 300 high schoolers, experience homelessness and housing insecurity. In response, the district is opening a fleet of teen resource centers to address the needs of these students.
