PORTSMOUTH – Cupid made an appearance in the city on the eve of Valentine s Day.
Someone, or a group of people, blanketed the city with bright red hearts overnight before the holiday Sunday.
The hearts were on letter-sized paper. They adorned businesses, restaurants, churches and more, putting smiles on the faces of residents, store owners and tourists.
