Genesee CCE has new executive director
BATAVIA â The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Genesee Countyâs Board of Directors has selected Jocelyn Sikorski as the organizationâs new executive director, CCE announced today. The job includes leadership of the 100-year-old organization that provides programs in youth development, agriculture, nutrition, leadership and community and economic development.
Sikorski is currently executive director of the Genesee-Orleans & City of Batavia youth bureaus. She holds a bachelorâs degree in social work and a masterâs degree in public administration, both from SUNY Brockport. Sikorski has worked for Genesee County with the Youth Bureau since 1999. She serves on the Genesee County STOP-DWI Board, GLOW YMCA Corporate Board, Genesee United Way Board and Allocations Committee, is a past president and board member of Batavia Kiwanis. She is a Leadership Genesee alumna, class of 2007, and serves as co-chair on the Steering Committ
