Least 100 people have been killed in israeli air strikes and tank shelling today. The plo proposing a 24hour ceasefire, but hamas has yet to sign off. Right now part of North Carolinas coast is under a hurricane watch and Tropical Storm watches are in effect off parts of the carolinas and florida. Our viewers in the United States and around the world. We begin with the breaking news. The United States on heightened alert tonight. The department of Homeland Security warning of lone wolf attacks in response to air strikes in syria. Now, this is as the pentagon says that the air strikes last night did not just target isis. They say they targeted perhaps an even more immediate threat. Last night we also took strikes to disrupt plotting against the United States and our allies by seasoned al qaeda operatives in syria who are known as the Khorason Group. The Khorason Group. The pentagon says that group is an Al Qaedalinked organization. They say it was ready to execute attacks on commercial flights. Blowing them up using cell phones, clothes and toiletries that would fit in the carryon size loaded with explosives. Well have much more on that group in just a moment.
