you re back at the white house. so is the president now. have you been able to ascertain whether this is imminent, happening. what s going to happen is that, if it happens it s going happen very soon in the next week. a lot of these changes you re going to see a lot of transition. we ve seen natural transition already in the last, about two or three weeks. an announcement today, for instance, of a lot of folks moving on after their tenure. the transport chief of staff is leaving for the private sector, david axelrod is leaving. as far as the bill daley situation is concerned if offered the job, no job offered, it s very likely he would take it. so the question is whether the president who just got back about an hour or so ago, whether he intoends go forward with this and there are basically two candidates. the guy sitting in the chair now, pete rouse, before given the interim tights, ready to also leave basically at the start of this year and get out
