expensive. the more expensive something gets the less you use it. you make labor more expensive you use less labor and build fewer businesses. you have people coming out and saying look the only way my business can survive if obama care takes effect in 2014 is if i make my employees all part-time employees so you will take existing jobs and make them part-time jobs. it is a job killing bill that was bad policy before the supreme court decision and bad policy now and it was unpopular before and it is unpopular now. neil: i think it gets back to an american past time issue that super cedes job security. i think now it will compel guys like you and you do have a lot of healthy items on your menu. i would avoid them but you i understand a lot of healthy people like you leap at them and that is great. there will be a push to even do more of that and then take back some of the items that you have on the menu that might not be as healthy.
time for something different. i hear you. i do. but health care is going to really take off in the coming weeks. and it s probably going to be nasty. everybody says, no, they will talk about it in a more intelligent way. you know that won t happen. well, they did change it from describing it as a job killing bill to simply a job destroying bill. a modest step in the right direction. i mean, look, it s like the state of the union we re going to see the two parties sit together. that s photo opp bipartisanship and symbolism but a step in the right direction. it s our job to apply that pressure to see them follow through on that stuff, to add some real substance to that bipartisan style. okay. we ll see if you re right, john avalon. thanks for joining us this afternoon. you got it. thank you, carol. while the nation is taking stock in the state of the union tomorrow night, our tom foreman is looking at the state of traps ta transportation in this country.
