The impact has been felt by more than 22,000 customers in sonoma and napa counties, 17,000 customers in sonoma county. 5,000 customers in napa this is the current interactive outage map shut offs here indicated by those pink triangles you see the area just west of lake hennessy there is inundated with shut offs.
