Dan and JoAnne will walk you through the history of chocolate and the process of small-batch chocolate-making while you sample the complex flavors of several varieties of their dark and milk chocolate – and a couple varieties made by the big name brands for comparison. All chocolate is free of soy, nuts, and gluten.
