A batch of new businesses have joined the restaurants and shops that are part of Downtown Chula Vista including eateries, a cantina and accessories shop.
Richard Fierro, who disarmed the gunman in the mass shooting at LGBTQ bar Club Q in Colorado Springs, went to Mira Mesa High School and San Diego State University.
