In an ideal world, Montgomery County’s Flash Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system would be built in a flash, an interconnected network whisking people to all corners of the county. Yet, financial issues mean that the network is being built slowly, project by project. Here’s what we know so far.
Two Montgomery County Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) routes, one on Veirs Mill Road and the other along Route 355, are projected to open in 2027 and 2028 respectively.
