Two individuals who have made a positive impact on the University of Central Missouri through their exemplary service and commitment were recognized on May 11 with the highest honors bestowed upon full-time exempt and non-exempt staff members.
During an annual awards breakfast hosted by the University of Central Missouri Staff Council, two individuals who have made a positive impact on the institution through work and volunteerism were recognized for their outstanding contributions to UCM. Charissa Davis, assistant director of financial aid, was honored as the 2022 recipient of J.P. Mees Outstanding Professional Staff Award and Gwena Basinger, administrative assistant to the dean in the Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies, was named recipient of the Outstanding Staff Award.
